Q: I currently have System 10.8.5, Mt Lion and my processor is 3.6 GHz Intel Core i5 with Memory:12 GB 1333 MHz DDR3. I don't understand why there is a problem?

I need to know if I can erase or delete the corrupt down load and restart the download procedure again?
