I rent a movie on my mini iPad and it is impossible to download

I rent a movie on my iPad mini and it is impossible to download. I've tried to download with the same ID the apple in another ipad and it tells me "you have already rent this movie, do you want to rent it again?". My question is how can I download the movie already rent and pay?
