i think my parents are tracking me... i need to know how to uninstall or protect myself from spyware apps like this. im 21 years old.

There is no spyware for a non jailbroken phone.

As I said in my earilier post, you can't have this on a non jailbroken phone.

Like I said if it isn't jailbroken you have nothing to worry about per the website, that is the only way for it to be installed.
See any apps like cydia on your phone?
Having that app already means it's jailbroken.
