i have restored and it did not help. the phone gets down to about 90% battery life and it shuts down. Then it must be recharged

ijphone 5s. When it gets down to about 90% battery life it shuts down. I have restored it but that didn't solve the problem

If no change after restoring as a new iPhone or not from the iPhone's backup, more than likely the iPhone has a hardware problem with the battery or with something else.
