How do I save my contacts onto a SIM card?

I am moving my SIM card from my iPhone into a Samsung Android phone. (Long story - using Samsung phone as a secondary, second country phone.) How do I save my contacts to my SIM card before switching?

You don't. The iPhone does not write to the SIM. You can use some other program to do this.
