Question about converting recordings Mac products to CD for a PC

Question - help needed:

I made some voice recordings on my i-phone (4S).

I downloaded them to my Mac Pro and put it in i-Tunes.

By the end of April I will have 4 short recordings, all due for my class in Phoentics.

I want to convert these recordings from either of the Mac products (listed above) to a CD that can be played on my teacher's PC.

How do I do that?

Thanks,

Vickie

PS. I am not familiar with a lot of computer techniques terminology, but I love learning.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2), I-Tunes and i-phone 4S

Thanks for the reply and the clear instructions, Chris CA.

I did follow the instructions but the CD, when inserted in a PC says 0 bytes of 0 and will not play anything.

When I put it in my Mac, it plays.

I did try to then follow the first 3 steps and burn it as a MP3 CD but it says it has to be in MP3 format.

I don't know if it can be changed to MP3 format or not.

So my problem is not yet solved.

Thanks though for responding.
