Can I sync Custom made Ringtones to my Icloud through Match?

Hello All!

I have made a few Custom ringtone in my Itunes. I am subscribed to Itunes Match, and have Parrallels Virtual machine running Windows 7.

I ran a Match sync on my Itunes for mac (itunes 11.1.5 on Mac OSX 10.9.2) and on my windows 7 VM they do not show up under tones in Itunes 11.1.5.

Does Itunes match Support Tone Sync? My sister is under my Match, and she would be using my custom made ringtones on her Windows Machine...but if I cannot see it on my windows Itunes, i am assuming she will see nothing different.
