However... Try a Restore once more... and when Prompted... Choose... Restore as New.
If the Restore is successful... then try a Restore from Backup.
If no joy...
Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is the Next Step to have the Device Evaluated...
Be sure to make an appointment first...
