LTE problem (Malaysia)

Hi,


My iPhone 5 doesn't appear LTE while my wife iP5s have LTE. We both using same carrier with LTE support. I have put the phone side by side also but the iP5s have LTE not mine. Does my iP5 need to change its firmware because I have resetting everything including my nano sim but it still the same. currently using ios 7.1


anyone can help me what to do?

Im using Maxis carrier with LTE support..Maxis has reset my sim and they confirm that my LTE is enable..when i put my sim into my wife iP5s, i got LTE. When i changed back to my iP5, there is no LTE..for your info, my setting in iP5 has On Enable LTE..so what shoulf i do next?

Strange indeed:

A1428 is iPhone 5 (GSM North America)

A1429 is iPhone 5 (GSM International)
