Mar 28, 2014 12:36 AM in response to Diavonexby qinjun form,I laready do yesterday as your reply(under apple CS instructing), but afte this, must use the first active apple ID to re-active the ipad. Unluckly, i forget the password of the old apple ID(just used to active the ipad first, so forget). but i can access the mail(register and same as the apple ID), so i try to reset the password and do many times, but couldn't receieve the mail of reset password. i don't know what happened? The mail supplier(QQ mail)issue? and any spproach to reset the mail(i don't want to redo the step as you reply, it's repeat and maybe couldn't reslove the problem)
