Ford Sync and playing music

I can get my iPhone to play music in my 2014 Ford Focus through the bluetooth audio feature. However, I would like for it to show the song and artist info on the screen like it does for the radio. I've tried using iTunes radio, spotify, pandora and the music on my phone and none of them will show the info. The screen just displays Bluetooth Audio. Does anyone know how to fix it or if you can fix it at all? Thanks!!
