I have a Canon MG6250 printer for which I have downloaded and installed the driver and software several times and I keep getting a message that the printer cannot be executed because a printer supported by this software is not installed. Can you help?
I have a Canon MG6250 printer fior which I have downloaded and installed the printer driver and software from the Canon site but I keep getting the message "Printer connot be executed because a printer supported by this software is not installed". I have spoken to Canon on several occassions and re-installed the driver and software several times but to no avail. Can anyone help?
