On setting alerts on my iPhone5 calendar it always saves them incorrectly ie alerts inputted as 2 hours before then 1 hour before are saved in reverse as 1 hour before then 2 hours before.

Yes, it is also happening on my iPhone 4 with iOS 7. It doesn't seem to happen with every new appointment setting, and seems to work fine when input the second time. I'm very surprised it hasn't been fixed with the different version of iOS 7 they have released.
