Q: Im trying to download OS X Maverick from the app store but no go. I click on download and nothing happens. thanks

Trying to download OS X Maverick from app store...I click on download but nothing happens.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

    Hello limanlimon,

     

    It sounds like you are unable to download Mavericks because when you click Download, the download does not start. I recommend starting by signing out of the Mac App Store:

    Choose Store > Sign Out.

     

    Then restart your computer, sign back in and try to download it again:

     

    1. Choose Store > Sign In, or click Sign In in the Quick Links section.The Quick Links section is located in the right part of the window shown when you click Featured, Top Charts, or Categories in the toolbar.
    2. Enter your Apple ID and password, and then click Sign In.
