Bringing the iPad closer to the router may improve the connection, but it's a poor solution.
You say you have good wifi speed?
Are you using a dual channel router?
What is your speed from internet provider?
How many devices are connected?

Mar 30, 2014 4:16 AM in response to lizdance40by CpoldG,Your advice is to move my iPad closer to the router? I am literally sitting at my desk with the router maybe a foot and a half from my iPad. Thanks for the try but I need to know why the 4 iPads I'm my house, at school, in barns and Nobel are slow to log into iTunes. What changes in the configuration do I need to make? Is there a patch to fix this?
