Can I move all my font book fonts to my new Windows 7 laptop?

I have just been migrated from an iMac which has all my fonts set up in Font Book to a new Windows 7 laptop with docking station. I use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop constantly and need all my fonts on my new laptop. Can someone tell me how to migrate/copy all my fonts from my old iMac into my new Windows 7 laptop? Thanks for any help you can provide.
