How do i get videos off the icloud and stored onto the computer?

If you mean videos in a shared stream, you don't. At the present time they can only be viewed, not downloaded and saved. If the video is in the camera roll on one of your devices, you can import it using your usb cable as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
