How do you transfer iTunes to another program like Milk

I just switched from a iPhone4 to a Samsung Galaxy III. What I need to do is transfer all my iTunes files to my Windows7 Operating System computer as files that can be copies to the Milk program.

Windows 7, switching to Milk Android product

If you haven't transferred the tracks from the iPhone to your computer, install iTunes if not on the computer already, then sync your iPhone. Then find the track files in the iTunes folder, by default kept in Documents/Music, and then use whatever method Milk provides to import them.
