I'm very disappointed because a apple did not made same support in EU like USA and UK have! Do they really underestimate thet market because we can take it no more!!

Apple has nothing to do with it. They would like nothing better than to be able to provide all content to everyone everwhere. It's up to the entities who hold the rights to the content in your country, who will be different from those holding the rights in another country, to provide licensing to Apple. And yes, that is true even in the EU; there's no common platform for digital rights and copyrights that applies pan-EU, though such an agreement has been discussed.
