I just started to have issues that I am unable to send a picture to non iPhone users.  I just get an error that it won't send.  I have made sure everything is turned on and all my settings are up to date.  This just happend in the last couple of days.

I have an iphone 4 on ios 7.1, provider is straight talk.  I have contacted straight talk and they had me send a picture to myself and said your MMS is working, I said yes cause that is on iMessage.  However if I try to send a picture to anyone without and iPhone then it fails and won't send, and they cannot send me pictures either.  They stated that is correct, Apple does not allow you to send or receive pictures from anyone that is not on an iPhone.  Is this true?  Just until 2 days ago I was able to send pictures to anyone just fine.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get this fixed?
