iPod won't show it's icloud tabs on any other device?

Alright . So my problem is I can't get my ipod to sync properly with my other devices.

iPad

Only able to see Iphone stuff

Missing Ipod Touch

iPhone

Only able to see IPad stuff

Missing Ipod Touch

iPod Touch

Only Able to see Iphone stuff

Missing IPad

My iPhone and IPad are newer, but I tried the troubleshooting, everything's on the same wifi network, same apple account and icloud account. All devices have the latest software update. I've even checked to see if private browsing was on, it wasn't. I've also tried rebooting safari and the devices.

I have no idea what's going on. Thanks
