I`m the original owner of my iphone 4s, recently i installed a new software 7.1, it now asks for Apple ID that was used to set up this phone and a clue of(f*****@icloud.com, i never used Icloud before, i have APPLE ID but it wont activate.what do i do?

I`m the the user of iphone 4s from new, recently i installed new software iOS 7.0.1 and problems started, the phone refused to restart, it could only show a charger logo and itune logo. Took to the repair centre and this guy managed to get it on, but it required my APPLE ID- which i have, i tried to enter the correct details but it refused to activate, it gave me a clue of " f*****@iclouds.com

I have not used iclouds before and i dont have any files saved in iclouds, the only log in details i have is APPLE ID, but whenever i try to enter them, the phone refuses to activate. It asks me to reset my password, which i have done three times now, but still it says your APPLE ID has been disabled - reset your password at appleid.apple.com . Please help
