I just downloaded an album from I tunes and when I transfer it to a memory stick all my songs are mixed up with the existing songs on my memory stick. Why is this? Can anyone help?

Because files on a memory stick are almost always played in order by file name, not according to the tags inside a file which is what keep iTunes organized. If you want the files played in a different order you will have to rename them.
