Apr 20, 2014 7:58 PM in response to myaalyby bigbarrel,Same problem. It's a common problem with users. There is no solution. Apple has yet to acknowledge this issue. This is terrible.

Aug 17, 2016 10:56 AM in response to myaalyby olesamj,I found a way to fix this! all you need to do is just right click the windows logo on the bottom left corner of the screen, and then click task manager on the menu. (It might take a while to open) Next scroll down on the task manager until you find Itunes or anything related to it, right click that and then click end task, it should then dissapear. Then just open it again, it might take a while longer though.
