Mar 2, 2016 7:48 PM in response to b noirby kamaljit.kj,Awesome.. and simple. It worked.
Just had to unpack the iTunes64Setup.exe file as you said. Winrar was somehow not doing it, so I used WINcmd.
And then ran AppleApplicationSupport64.exe. BANG !!
THANKS!!

Aug 22, 2016 3:57 AM in response to Evereverfarby turingtest2,As mentioned earlier in the thread:
The message "An error occurred during installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT, type="win32", version="8.0.50727.6195", publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", processorArchitrcture=..." may occur because a particular library file is not included in the distribution package supplied with iTunes. Installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update before attempting to reinstall iTunes may help.
See Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates for further advice.

Aug 22, 2016 6:32 AM in response to Evereverfarby turingtest2,There are three versions of that update. Did you install the correct one for your processor architecture? Did you then attempt a clean install of iTunes? If you have a 64-bit system have you tried installing the "for older video cards" release? Did you make sure Windows was completely updated, disable any anti-virus software, and run the installer as the administrator?
