Q: iTune match lock out

I have changed nothing in my set up apart from introducing a new Macbook Pro, I have aniMac at home and iPad also, and now get You can use iTunes Match on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 65 days.

I get this when I try and play some tracks downloaded either on the Pro or iMac.

Any help would be appreciated

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

The tracks are not downloaded, they are playing from iCloud.

Do you have multiple AppleIDs used on this computer? Maybe you and wife/kids?

Because you can only redownload from one iTunes account at a time. You have to wait 90 days to redownload from a different iTunes account.

Yes the iMac at home has multiple user accounts on

Not different user accounts. That doesn't matter.

You have different Apple/iTunesIDs you use to download from iTunes store on this one computer.

You can only redownload from one iTunes account every 90 days.

You need to wait the time it tells you (65 more days).

I suggest you download everything for the current account and leave it on the computer.

Then in 65 days, redownload everything from a different account and leave it on the computer.

See this -> iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID

You can make purchases and download the first time from multiple Apple/iTunesIDs but redownloading is what is blocked.

Suggestions (ie. allow multiple iTunes accounts to dredownlaod/use iTunes Match on same computer/remove 90 day limit)
