That is two different questions.

iTunes Match attempts to match the same song to what you already have in your library. However, confusing Explicit versus Clean is one of its very common mistakes.

To edit a song yourself, unless you want to simply replace it, you will need an audio editor, such as Audacity. Highlight each unacceptable section, and use the Vocal Remover feature.
