Q: I can log in to my Apple account but I can't log in to the iTunes or App store. Was able to before I upgraded to ios 7.1.

I can log in to my Apple account but I can't log in to the iTunes or App store. Was able to before I upgraded to ios 7.1.

Any hints?

    More info on this...

    I'm using an iPad mini

    Safari works just fine - proof of internet connection

    Mail works just fine.

     

    I go to "Settings" > iTunes & App Store try to login and all I get is a spinning wheel in the upper left corner of the screen.

    I'm having the same problem with my iPad Air. When I try to login to iTunes/App Store, it eventually times out and acts like I didn't enter my credentials. The other iCloud functions seem to work fine. I can login here with the browser... This has kept me from installing/updating apps and from using iTunes Match. I don't even get prompted for my password. I just get the spinning wheel...

    Well, I got the App Store to work again, but I had to put my iPad into recovery mode, restore the iOS, then reload my backup...
