hi! is it possible for me to use creative x-fi 5.1 usb and connect to airport express?

Sorry, but no. The USB port on the AirPort Express will only support a compatible printer.

The Express provides an analog and optical digital 3.5 mm port designed to accept a male stereo 3.5 mm audio plug. Not sure whether this will work with your device or not, so your question may be back to the Creative support folks.
