Ipod 5 touch gone blank after 3 weeks

Ive had my ipod touch 5th generation for 3 weeks and the screen has randomly gone black. ive tried pressing the Home+Power button for a long time and nothing happens. ive aslo tried putting in on DFU mode and it also hasnt worked. i tried connecting to Itunes and restoring everything and pressing the Power+Home button while connected and also trying to charge it on the wall. None of it has worked and its brand new. I havent dropped it or anything. The music works and i wan turned the flash on so the touch still works. Sometimes the little Apple will come out when turning it on, but it's just a flash and then it turns off.
