iCloud for PC.

my icloud for windows is not responding properly. The photo stream is not working. Before as soon as I click a new photo it used to come in my computer photo stream but now it dosent. Upon that first of all i am not able to sign in to my icloud for pc. It shows that servers are down and sometimes it says that my password is wrong. Before it was working fantastic but now what has happen i dont know. Help me out with this.
