You CAN use Apple's iWork apps BUT you have to buy them seperately. You need to buy them on the Mac App Store and iOS App Store. http://www.apple.com/iwork-for-icloud/
The Mac computer uses the OS X Platform and iDevices use the iOS Platform...
Applications for one will not run on the Other. Each require their own compatible version.
You can purchase the apps from the App Store on your MacBook.
Look for pages, numbers and keynote.
I know I can purchase iWork's but I don't want to because I already have that stuff on my MacBook. I was looking for an alternative. Thank you for your help. Most appreciated.
Are you looking for a Remote Desktop program?
That's correct Liz. A friend of mine suggested Team Viewer. Would that help?
TeamViewer controls your computer. Your computer must be on and so does your device. They both have to be connected to WiFi. It can work. You can try it and see how that works. http://www.teamviewer.com/en/index.aspx
