Have iPod touch 4 with extensive music list. How do I transfer it to the cloud so my other devices can play the music? I subscribed to ITunes Match, but it's not functioning

If you bought the music on iTunes, iTunes Match isnt neccesary and can be downloaded onto other devices under your Apple ID. Are you sure you bought iTunes Match? It's $24.99. http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/in-the-cloud/

Thanks for the hints. The music list on my iPod Touch is mostly downloaded from my vinyl collection, not purchased music. The question remains, how do I transfer it from the iPod to the cloud?
