My iphone has no 4g lte on cricket

Ok so exactly 6 days ago I bought the iphone 5s. The guy at cricket said if have 1gb og 4g data. So here's the thing, i read the iPhones' box and it said it has 4g lte capabilities, but I can't get it i even asked him "So my iphone WILL get lte?" He said "yes, you'll get 1gb of lte", and yes there is lte where I live. I know the Galaxy s 4 does get 4g. I already contacted cricket but they won't answer me. Will I get 4g on the new cricket? I am positive my iphone can get 4g the back of the box says it supports CDMA, gsm, umts, and lte cellular technologies.
