How to connect my Sennheiser PX 210 BT headphones with my Ipad Air

I am unable to connect my Sennheiser PX 210 BT headphones with my Ipad Air.

Can anyone provide step by step guide how to do so?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 7.1

1. Put your headphone on discoverable mode

2. Turn on Bluetooth a search for headphone

3. When found, select headphone and pair

Note: Make sure you turn off all nearby Bluetooth devices e.g. iPhone, iPod etc.

1. Put your headphone on discoverable mode (I switched on the headphone and then the blue light flikers)

The bluetooth keeps on searching but nothing is found. Is it the problem with the headphones? Are Sennheiser PX 210 BT headphones uncompatable with the ipad air?
