have restored my Apple Tv 2 a couple times via my computer but im still not able to get internet through and having netwrok issues 😟 tried both wifi and ethernet cable but still nothing.
can anyone help?

the wifi router?
if so does the wifi router have the latests firmware?
have you tried another ethernet port in the wifi router?
does other devices get working Internet from the wifi router and do they both work over wifi and ethernet ?
I've conneted it to my router which has both ethenet port and wifi.
i first connected it by ethernet port with a cable and it doesnt seem to work. then i tried to use the wifi but no matter what the configurations I do, cannot connect to the internet.

yes both my laptops and iphone works perfectly with wifi and ethernet cable but the Apple tv is the only device in which it does not want to connect.
Refer to your router manual as to how to update firmware.
Does your network require login via webpage?
My firmware is up to date and my network does not require a login via webpage.
I took photos of my apple tv to see if this helps find a solution to my problem. thank you.
