There is no light on my AE, I have internet through my EE box which is connected via Ethernet to my AE. BUT I cannot see the light on so how am I aware if it is working or not?
I used to be able to print wirelessly from my Mac and Toshiba laptops to my Canon AIO MG6350 but not only the Mac will print wirelessly

Not sure if this is a wifi problem or the Airport is not working or what is going on.
Advice please.

Finding the Express on my MAc might be a start.

best regards

Silly to say is your Airport Express plugged in, it should glow green when good to go or otherwise yellow.  You can find Airport under Utilities on your mac.

guess it is broken then as it cannot be found in Airport Utilites nor is there any light from it.

looks like have to buy another new one tomorrow.

must admit think this one lasted longer than the last one I had.. Wonder what goes wrong?
As I will lose nothing by taking it apart I might have a look inside. as intrigued.

Thanksfor the help in finding it anyway,

Good luck and may you have sunshine and good health

Before giving up on the Express, I would suggest that you first perform a "factory default" reset on the base station. Note: You may have to attempt this a few times to get it to stick. If the Express' status light still does not come on after plugging it back into power, it may be possible (as you suspect) that it has failed.

The most likely culprit of a failed Express base station is its power circuit, which is not user serviceable. However, if you are curious to what's inside I would recommend that you take a look at this article first.
