iPhone 4S Touch Screen Not Working - Can't Tap Anything

Hey guys, i just recently updated to IOS 7, to try to fix this problem but literally nothing is working.

My entire screen, except the very bottom strip (area with the lock scren "Slide to Unlock"), does not work! From the area up, i cannot tap anything that the phone will recognize! This made it impossible to input my 4 digit passcode in! So i had no choise but to restore and update my iPhone. Alas, that has no effect on the screen! Does anyone know of anyways to fix this hardware problem? I've exhausted the free technical support that comes with the phone, and i have gone through every support page that apple has to offer, but all of the things they tell you to do aren't working (restarting, wiping screen down, charging, etc.)

Please help.
