Hello everyone,
I've tried for a while to reset my Apple ID Security Questions. I've forgotton what they are, and I have had an Apple ID since before a rescue email was required, and thus don't have one.
I have an American Apple ID, but I live in the UAE, and thus Apple Support cannot contact me via telephone,
What do you advice I do?

If you are in the UAE then you can only use the UAE store - you need to be in a country to use its store. If you update your details to be your UAE address then you can contact UAE support : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699#U
I've tried contacting Apple UAE support, but when I look for re-setting security questions without a rescue email, they re-direct me to Apple US support, and then the process starts all over.
Have you changed your account details to have your UAE address on your account ? If you have then you are using the number for UAE Support on that link ?
