Q: My iPod Touch 5th gen wont connect via bluetooth to my windows 8.1 toshiba laptop

No matter what settings i change it wont connect, however on my dell windows 7 laptop it connects with bluetooth and can connect audio from there.

 

What's the problem????

iPod touch, iOS 7.1
