My phone was stolen while on vacation in Salzburg and naturally I am incredibly upset that my vacation photos are gone. Is there any way to get those photos back? I don't have iCloud and hadn't had the chance to back up those photos on my computer. Please help!!

Since you did not back up your phone, I'm sorry to say, but you cannot get the photos back.
Did you back up on iTunes after taking the pictures?
If no, then the photos are lost.
No. Without a backup or iCloud there is no way you can retrieve the photos (or anything else) from a device you no longer have in your possession.

My phone automatically backs up when plugged into my computer. But for you sorry but you cannot get your photos back. But about your stolen phone I reccomend you use find my iphone to factory erase your device from where you are.
