Do you have an earlier backup of your device on your computer ? iTunes generally only has the most recent backup of a device (though if you've updated the device's iOS version then you might have a pre- and post-update backup).

And what password do you mean ? If you mean that you've encrypted the backup and can't remember its password, then from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4946 :

If you encrypt an iPhone backup in iTunes and forget your password, you can't restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable.
