I'm trying to update an app, but when it asks me to sign in it pulls up an e-mail that isn't mine?

The recent Playtube update came out but I haven't been able to update because it asks me to sign in but gives me an email that I don't know. I have signed out of my email, and my Itunes, and back into both but that didn't help; my ipod is an Itouch 4, I have no clue what to do does anybody know how to fix it?

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.

-To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.

Thus that papp was purchased with that account
