how to open my iphone i dont know the previos apple id

thanks..i buy my iphone in china 2nd hand then i reset it..when i tried to open it again it asking about the apple id of the previous owner.my problem is in here now at srilanka and i don't know the apple id of the previous owner..im a seafarer.what to do?
