My charger won`t charge my ipad... Its only 3 days old and it used to charge

Most likely, the charger cable needs to be replaced; you can get a replacement at your local Apple Store. Alternatively, it might be that you're connected to a dock; make sure you're connected directly into your computer's USB port, or better yet, to a wall adapter.
If there's a problem with the iPad, you can still return it, or get a replacement.
