iMac "offline" when trying to locate in find iPhone

When I check to locate my apple products in Find my iphone, my iPhone and iPad are showing up fine. My iMac shows up in the list but says it's "offline" None of them are lost, I just wanted to check to make sure I can track them if something hapens.
