Playhead won't move

When i either press spacebar or click on the play button it doesn't play. The playhead moves about 15 ticks each time I click play or press the spacebar and I can hear some sound come through however it won't continuously move.

I found that when i press record it will play through the song and I can hear just fine but this is annoying seeing as i get the click click click from the tempo.

It is very possible that I pressed a button by accident
