I want to get a video that is on my I phone 5 and share it in Drop box

I am trying to share a 20 minute video that is on my Iphone 5c.

Have you tried the Dropbox app? I don't know what the app's limitations are though, and it may not upload a video that large. If not, import it to your computer using your usb cable as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083, then upload it to Dropbox from there.
