Every time I go to my iphone, it asks me to accept new terms and conditions for iclouad, it takes me to settings, but there are no terms and conditions to accept - any ideas gratefully accepted

Try going to Settings>iCloud and tapping your Account at the top. That will normally trigger the terms and conditions prompt where you can accept them.
Sadly didn't work 😟
If you are signed into your account on your Mac, go to System Preferences>iCloud, click Sign Out, choose Delete at all of the prompts, then sign back in and accept the terms and conditions there. (Choosing delete only deletes the iCloud data from your Mac, not from iCloud. Your data will download back to your Mac when you sign back in.)
Strangely, I couldn't sign out of the icloud account on my Mac. Still getting the message 😟
See if you can delete the account on your phone, then sign back in to accept the terms and conditions. Start by saving your photo stream photos to your camera roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide your password and choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted (your data will still be in iCloud). When you sign back in your data will download back to your phone.
Nope still getting same message and now lost all my calender dates ;((
Think finally resolved by going into mail contacts and calendars, and under mobile.me, asked me to accept new terms - not made overly complex or anything by apple!!!!, and I have still lost half my calendar appointments as wont sync with ipad!

You're welcome. If you are signed into your iCloud account in System Preferences>iCloud and have Calendars checked, it should sync your calendar. If that isn't happening, uncheck Calendars then check it again.
