My old Apple ID isn't working, and I'm not sure why. I need the password of that account to update my apps, but I cannot get my password. I tried everything. What should I do?

I tried to get it by emailing myself, but the email didn't come. I tried the security question (my birthday) and it didn't work.

iPod touch, iOS 7.1

then click More Products and Services>Apple ID

or

Apple - Support -form iTunes Store - Contact Us

2 - Call Apple in your country by getting the number from here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
